Measure total distance from bottom to top surface (distance "A"). Measure distance from top surface to mounting surface (distance "B"). offset = (A - 1)/2 -B Use A - 1 since the rim width is generally 1/2" smaller on each side than the overall width. If your tires are way wider than the rim, increase the amount you subtract from A.
